Omen

Born with one foot and half a heart in the grave.

In this world there are two types of Guardians, those claimed by life gods and those who weren't. Guardians chosen by death gods are marked for tragedy. They are met with distrust and unease if not out right hatred. Yet many persists in their sacred duties.

Omen, a servant of the Coyote, is one such Guardian. Along with his companion Maizie he travels the land hunting monsters and other unnatural threats to humanity.
